Tap the microphone beside Send and speak. Vesper turns your words into text on your iPhone and sends them when you pause.
Ask for a page, a game or a small tool and watch Vesper write it live, then use it right in the chat. Pages run offline and can't reach the internet.
Web search is off until you turn it on. When it's on, Vesper searches DuckDuckGo and Wikipedia, reads the pages on your iPhone and answers with sources. Only your search leaves the phone.
Add a photo, a scan or a file. Vesper reads the words in it, and with the optional photo model it looks at the image itself.
Turn it on, then ask Vesper to add a reminder or an event. It shows you what it will save and asks first.
Turn on topic notes and Vesper keeps short notes on what you look up, then uses them again later. Everything stays on your iPhone.

Does Vesper send my chats to a server?
No. Its models answer on your iPhone, and there's no account and no cloud AI reading what you write. The App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.
Which iPhones work?
Vesper requires iOS 26.0 or later and an iPhone with the A17 Pro chip or later: iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, the iPhone 16 family including 16e, the iPhone 17 family including iPhone Air and 17e, iPhone 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max, and iPhone Duo.
Is there an Android version?
Vesper is in a closed beta on Android. Request an invite and we'll email you a link when a spot opens.
How much does it cost?
$49.99, bought once on the App Store. With Family Sharing, up to six family members can use it.
Why is the first setup a download?
Each model is a few gigabytes, fetched once. Keep the app open: the screen stays awake on purpose, and the download resumes where it left off if it's interrupted. Wi-Fi is fastest; cellular works too.
Can I switch models?
Yes. Choose Lucas, Cindy or Octavia, or pick Auto.
How do I erase my conversations?
Delete the app and everything goes with it. There is no copy anywhere else.
What if Vesper gets something wrong?
Vesper's answers are generated on your device and can be mistaken, so check anything that matters. It is not a doctor, lawyer, therapist or financial adviser. If an answer was harmful or offensive, email contact@TheZuffenhausenCollective.com; we read every report.
How do refunds work?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through them. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Vesper.
